Garlic White Meat

Add ginger slices and cooking wine in a pot under cold water and bring to a boil.

Turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour. Gently poke with chopsticks.

Cook the pork belly and let it cool for later use.

Cut carrots, cucumbers and green onions.

Mash the garlic paste.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices, be sure to cut it thinly, if it is thicker, it won't form when wrapped for a while.

Mix all the seasonings in a bowl of sauce.
8.
The pork belly is wrapped with vegetable shredded and put on a plate.
9.
Sprinkle with minced garlic.
10.
Pour the sauce evenly and sprinkle with coriander.
