Ghost Curry

Beef rolls are thawed at room temperature for later use

Onion, garlic mince, millet spicy, cut in half, green pepper cut into pieces and set aside

Cut carrots into pieces with a hob, cut shiitake mushrooms in half and set aside

Cut potatoes and yam into pieces with a hob and immerse them in cold water for later use

Heat up the oil in a pan, add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant

Add shiitake mushrooms, carrots, potatoes and yam and stir fry

Add boiling water or stock until there are no ingredients, add spicy millet and curry cubes, boil over medium heat and turn to low heat, simmer for more than 15 minutes (if potatoes and yams like to be crispy, you can reduce the cooking time appropriately)

Ready rice balls

Add beef rolls and green peppers before cooking

Cook until the soup is thick

Serve and decorate with green onion rings
