Ginger and Red Date Milk Tea

Cut red dates into small strips and ginger into small slices.

Put an appropriate amount of water, red dates and ginger into the pot.

Bring to a boil on low heat and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.

Put the black tea bag into the boiled red jujube ginger water and soak twice and take it out

Heat the milk to a boil and turn off the heat immediately

Then pour the milk into the tea.

Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar to taste.
Tips:
If you want a better taste of the cooked red jujube ginger water, you can filter it before putting it in a tea bag.
