Ginger Scallion Whelk

Wash the snails, beat the green onions into knots, and slice the ginger.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and shallots to explode the aroma.

Add water and boil. The water budget completely overwhelms the flower snails.
4.
Add snails and vinegar. Cover high heat and cook for three minutes.
5.
Order soy sauce when you eat, it is original, fresh and crunchy.
Tips:
The snails should be washed several times to remove the dirt on the surface.
Don't turn the pot in the process of cooking the snails, as the snail meat will easily shrink back and forth over and over again.
