Fried Snails

Ingredients: snails (washed), sliced ginger, green onion

Put the cleaned snails in a pot of clean water, blanch for 1 minute, and remove them.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, and add the ginger slices to the pot.

Next, add the blanched snails and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
7.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
8.
Season and stir well.
9.
Finally, put the scallions in, and serve.
