Ginkgo Barley Yuba Syrup

Prepare the ingredients

Remove the outer coat and inner core of ginkgo and add water, soak barley and yuba in water for half an hour

Boil the quail eggs and remove the shells

Pour water into the pot, try to fill the pot with water as much as possible, add the cleaned ginkgo and barley, boil on high heat and then turn to medium heat and simmer slowly until the barley is glutinous
5.
Pour the yuba and quail eggs, add rock sugar and boil on high heat until 10-20 minutes before serving
Tips:
1. Quail eggs can be replaced with eggs;
2. The sweetness of sugar can be added or reduced according to personal taste;
3. Ginkgo is not easy to eat too much, otherwise it will cause poisoning.
