Ginkgo Barley Yuba Syrup

Prepare all materials.

Wash the barley and boil it with water.

After the water has boiled, add the ginkgo and yuba, continue to cook on medium heat until the barley is cooked through.

When the barley is cooked, add the yellow rock sugar and stir slightly until the rock sugar melts.
