Glühwein German Mulled Wine
1.
Traditional mulled wines usually use cinnamon, cloves, star anise, etc. Here, I used allspice brought back from Spain, because it covers a variety of flavors, it is also very suitable for mulled wine
2.
Cut an orange and cut a few slices for a while to garnish. Pour all the ingredients except red wine into a small stainless steel pot and cook until the aroma overflows. If you feel that the aroma is not enough, you can add more spices to continue cooking, depending on your personal taste
3.
When the spicy aroma of ginger is fully distributed, pour in the red wine and simmer it over a low heat to about 95 degrees (just don't let it boil, about two minutes). The red wine is volatile, so use a proper amount of water at the beginning to make the spices full Exudes. Ordinary table wine is fine, but crooked nuts are not as luxurious as the Chinese people~ hehe
4.
After filtering, pour the red wine into the glass, spread the rim of the glass with oranges, sprinkle with sugar, and then put the orange zest in the glass to garnish. When drinking, the feeling of the sugar slowly melting in the mouth is simply too happy.
Tips:
In addition to the traditional spices, you can also try different spices, or use different fruits~
