Homemade Beef Brisket Braised Rice

I bought Shenzhou black beef. I heard that it is a cross between Japanese wagyu and Chinese cattle. The price is good. This time I bought this sirloin and cut it into small pieces before thawing.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water for one minute, rinse briefly, and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Don’t pour out the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms.
