Glutinous Fish Fillet

The main materials are available. Soak the fungus well, mince ginger, shallots, and garlic.

Cut the fish into slices three centimeters wide and half a centimeter thick. Add 1/4 teaspoon, egg white, 1/2 teaspoon starch.

Grab and mix evenly, marinate for about 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pot to six minutes hot, pour the fish fillets and soak until cooked.

Remove the drain oil for later use.

Put minced ginger, minced garlic, sugar, a little salt in the wok, and bring a cup of clear broth (or water) to boil.

Add fermented rice and cook evenly;

Tips:
1. In addition to pangasius, you can also use white fish such as cod and dragon fish.
