Glutinous Glutinous Rice with Coconut Fragrant Mango (homemade Fried Mung Bean Kernels)
1.
After washing the glutinous rice several times, soak it in water for about 3 hours. I want to make a blue one, so I divided 100 grams of glutinous rice into two portions and soaked each portion with 60 grams of pure water. Add a few butterfly pea flowers to one of them to turn blue. If you add a few lemons or vinegar, it can turn purple!
2.
This glutinous rice is sprinkled with fried mung beans, it tastes very delicious, it is worth trying! After soaking the peeled green watercress in hot water for about 1 hour, drain the water. It is best to use a kitchen paper towel to absorb the water.
3.
Put the oil in the pot and put the mung beans in after a little warming up. When the frying is almost empty of bubbles, you have to fish them out, otherwise they will be battered, because there is still warm in the mung beans!
4.
Spread the glutinous rice on a plate and steam it for 30 minutes.
5.
After steaming, add sugar, salt and coconut milk while it’s hot, mix well and knead into rice balls. You can also put them in a bowl without kneading. Haha
6.
To be beautiful, cut the mango into thin slices and roll it into a flowery shape.
7.
Pour a bowl with coconut milk, sprinkle with fried mung bean crisp, eat~
