This glutinous red bean cold cake is simple in materials and easy to prepare, but the taste is quite good, especially after being refrigerated, it is super Q and elastic. It is especially refreshing and appetizing when eaten in the current weather.

It is also very nutritious. It uses honey red beans, glutinous rice flour, brown sugar, and milk. Haha, they are all good raw materials, especially for female friends. Try it if you have time. You will not be disappointed. . . . .

Glutinous Red Bean Cool Cake

1. Put brown sugar and milk in a small pot

2. Heat on low heat until brown sugar melts, let cool

3. Put glutinous rice flour in the basin

4. Pour in the brown sugar milk liquid, stir evenly into a paste

5. Pour the honey red beans and mix well

6. Pour the paste into the mold covered with greased paper

7. Put the pot on high heat and steam for 40 to 50 minutes

Tips:

If you like sweeter ones, you can add more brown sugar. The honey red beans I use are also sweet. I think it's just right to put such brown sugar.
