Experience: Every family in Qingming makes moxa. The taste varies from place to place. I like grandma’s best, some sweet, salty, fried and steamed. I bring a big bag home every year after eating. . Today I will understand both flavors~

Ingredients

Glutinous Rice

1. Fried peanuts, peeled and crushed

2. Chopped dried radish

3. Chopped sausage

4. Dried radishes, peanuts, and sausages are fried and set aside

5. The mugwort leaves are blanched in boiling water, you can use a blender to make a paste, but I'm useless. After letting it cool, just crush it by hand.

6. The grated mugwort leaves, glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour are mixed together and kneaded into a ball, then divided into small balls, wrapped in the fillings and steamed.

7. The sweet stuffing is just mix the crushed fried peanuts, sesame seeds, and white sugar together. For the sweet stuffing, I prefer to fry it.

Tips:

The ratio of glutinous rice flour to sticky rice flour is 2:1
