Glutinous Rice and Red Bean Dumplings

Soak all kinds of rice in water for 3-4 hours

Make red bean paste. Add twice as much water to the red beans. After the rice cooker is boiled until the water dries and trips, add sugar while it is hot to squash and mix well. It is best to add a little lard. If not, use other oil instead.

Mix blood glutinous rice and white glutinous rice with sugar.

I made two kinds of zongzi, one is glutinous rice mixed with blood and the other is pure glutinous rice. Wash the zongzi leaves and boil them in water for a few minutes, rinse them with water twice, and drain them.

After wrapping, cook in the pressure cooker for 25 minutes, and simmer until the temperature naturally cools down. A total of 17 rice dumplings were made with the above ingredients. The amount of rice is about 30 grams per rice dumpling.
