Glutinous Rice and Red Dates

Soak the red dates in water for half an hour.

Use scissors to cut longitudinally along both ends of the jujube, cut the jujube in half, and take out the jujube core.

Add glutinous rice flour to hot water, stir it with chopsticks, and knead it into a smooth dough.

Divide into small doses and squeeze into jujube-shaped.
5.
Put the glutinous rice ball into the red dates, then pinch it tightly, and steam it for 15 minutes.

Finished product.
