Glutinous Rice Balls

Cooked peanuts and sesame seeds, I use a glass bottle hammer, like the particles are more fragrant

Pour boiling water down a little bit, then stir with chopsticks, and then knead it into a ball

Press casually with your hands

Pinch it on one side and then gently round it

Add water and brown sugar to cook, put the glutinous rice balls, they will be cooked after floating
Tips:
Remember not to add too much water! Otherwise it will be difficult to form a ball. Don't pour all the powder, leave some to stick with your hands and the plate, it will not stick.
