Glutinous Rice Balls Made with Moon Cake Filling
1.
Knead the glutinous rice flour into a dough with an appropriate amount of water.
2.
Divide the mooncake filling you like into equal parts (the size is what you like), take a portion of the dough and flatten it into a dough that is thick in the middle and thin around the sides. Take a portion of the mooncake filling and wrap it in the middle.
3.
Finally, after the water is boiled, put it in the pot and cook until the glutinous rice balls are floating on the water. Then you can put the sugar, and the sugar is completely melted and ready to eat.
