Glutinous Rice Cake
1.
Put the sugar, then pour boiling water, mix the white sugar evenly (the white sugar can be added according to the amount of flour or personal preference)
2.
Pour the flour, because the water is too hot, I use chopsticks to stir the flour, I ran (I am making the amount for 2 people here, so you can use chopsticks to stir directly, usually by hand when the amount is large)
3.
Stir until the flour is in the shape shown in the picture, not too thin or too hard
4.
Then squeeze it into a small ball, and then squeeze it into the shape shown in the picture.
5.
Heat the oil on a high fire first, then slowly fry on a low fire until it turns yellow! (If you like it crisper, you can fry it longer, if you like it tender and yellowish!)
6.
The final product picture, because family members don't like crispy, so fry it until it is yellow and enjoy it!
Tips:
If you don't feel too sweet after frying, and you want to be sweeter, you can use oil, sugar, and water to boil into syrup and add it!
