Glutinous Rice Cake

Knead the glutinous rice flour with some warm water to form a ball

Ginger and meaty dough is rubbed into long strips
3.
Knead the dough into rounds
4.
Press into a cake by hand
5.
Dip with white sesame seeds
6.
Hot oil for frying
7.
Pour in brown sugar water and fry until golden on both sides, collect the dried juice and out of the pan
