Glutinous Rice Crackers

Add 200 grams of glutinous rice flour to 50 grams of corn starch and 50 grams of sugar.

Stir into the batter and steam on the pan for 25 minutes.

Add 10 grams of butter while it's hot.

Put on disposable gloves and knead well.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into thin slices, put the red bean paste on top of the mango.

Wrapped glutinous rice crackers.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder, purple potato powder, and matcha powder.

Cut it open to see if it is appetizing.
