Glutinous Rice Date

Raw materials are reserved.

Slightly soak the red dates and wash.

Cut to the inner core with a knife.

Use a hob to cut against the jujube core and remove the core. (Be careful not to cut in half in the middle. After cutting, it will still be a whole date.)

After all the dates have been pitted, set aside.

For glutinous rice flour, add an appropriate amount of hot water to form a uniform dough.

The glutinous rice dough is rolled into long thin strips the thickness of chopsticks.

Use a knife to cut into small pieces of the same length as the red dates.

Stuff the glutinous rice seed into the red dates and knead well.

The prepared glutinous rice dates are set aside.

Put the glutinous rice into the steamer with the opening facing up to prevent it from sticking to the steamer after being steamed.

After the water boils, steam for about ten minutes.
13.
Put the steamed glutinous rice dates into the plate.
14.
Top with sesame sugar (osmanthus sugar).
