Glutinous Rice Date

1. Raw materials are reserved.

2. Slightly soak the red dates and wash.

3. Cut to the inner core with a knife.

5. After all the dates have been pitted, set aside.

11. Put the glutinous rice into the steamer with the opening facing up to prevent it from sticking to the steamer after being steamed.

12. After the water boils, steam for about ten minutes.
