God Chef Fried Yuanxiao

Defrost the Lantern Festival at room temperature for 10-20 minutes.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat it to seven minutes hot, and gently put in the Lantern Festival with a colander. After 30 seconds of frying, the skin becomes hard and quickly remove it with a colander. If you are unskilled, you can turn off the fire first.

Tap the Lantern Festival with a spoon one by one, or use a toothpick to pierce multiple eyes on each Lantern Festival to ensure that each Lantern Festival exhausts the heat.

Heat the oil again to 70 minutes hot, put the Yuanxiao in the pot and fry for 4-5 minutes.

If step three is in place, no oil will splash. If the Lantern Festival cracks in the last 1-2 minutes and the oil is about to spill, cover the pot immediately. After splashing in about 2 minutes, turn off the fire and fish out the Lantern Festival.
