Goji Berry and Watermelon Rind Porridge

Ingredients: watermelon rind

Rice (washed)

Chinese wolfberry, rock sugar

Pour the wolfberry into a bowl and soak in warm water, remove and set aside.

Cut off some of the watermelon rind and skin, pour it with clean water, cut into cubes, and set aside.

Pour water in the pressure cooker and boil.
