Golden Corn Pan
1.
Wash the corn and use a knife to cut the corn kernels down
2.
Boil water in a pot, put the corn kernels down and cook, remove and rinse with cold water
3.
Drain the water, then add cornstarch and fine sugar, so that each corn kernel can be covered with a thin layer of starch
4.
Heat the oil to about 80 degrees, pour out, and leave a little bit in the pot. Place the corn kernels on the bottom of the pot and press it into a round shape by hand, and then pour the oil just poured back into the pot for frying
5.
Let the corn become lumps and then fry for 3 minutes
6.
After serving, you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top, or it can be served with salad dressing
