Golden Corn Pan

Rinse a nonstick pan, add 1 kg of salad oil and boil until it becomes 60% hot. Pour out

Drain the corn kernels, add appropriate amount of sugar according to personal taste, and mix evenly. Add dry starch and mix well.

Put the mixed corn kernels in the pot on the heat and flatten it by hand, pour in the hot salad oil, fry on medium heat to float, pour out and drain the oil, cut into cubes and put on a plate.
Tips:
1. Be sure to use super corn starch, or the corn will not be baked.
2. You can add some fruit pieces according to your preference,
3. If you have custard powder at home, adding some will make it more fragrant.
4. Be sure to pay attention to safety when burning oil,
