Golden Corn Pan

Pour out the corn kernels from the can and drain the excess water.

Sprinkle with dry starch and mix well. Try to make the surface of each corn kernel smear with dry starch.

Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.

Pour the corn kernels into the pot and spread out with a spatula.

Fry on low heat for a few minutes. After the corn kernels stick together to form, continue to add oil until the corn kernels are covered.

Turn on medium heat, increase the oil temperature and continue frying for 3-5 minutes. When the corn kernels are golden and crispy, turn off the heat, pour out the oil, and sprinkle sugar on the corn and cook out.
Tips:
1. It can also be cooked with fresh corn and peeled off the corn kernels.
2. The corn kernels don't need to be too dry, the dry starch can only be stained with moist points.
3. It is best to use a pot with a flat bottom so that it will fry evenly.
4. Don't try to move the corn kernels when frying, it will fall apart, you can hold the pan and shake it gently.
5. The amount of oil added in the back must be less than the corn kernels, otherwise it will not be fried thoroughly or the taste will be poor if the fried is uneven.
