Ingredients preparation: small potatoes, small chives, spicy hot pot seasoning; I buy fresh small potatoes, try to choose those that do not break the skin and do not sprout, if you can't buy them, use large potatoes cut into pieces.

Use a peeler to carefully peel off the skin of the small potatoes and place them on the drying rack.

I use the steamer steaming function to steam 105 degrees for 30 minutes; if there is a steamer at home, use the steamer to steam the small potatoes, and the time is also 20-30 minutes.

When small potatoes are steamed, chopped green onion and coriander are treated. The method shared by friends does not include coriander. I like to put a little bit, and I can also put a little bit if there are white sesame seeds.

After the set steaming time is over, carefully take out the steamed small potatoes.

Pour peanut oil in a non-stick pan and start to heat it over a medium-low heat.

Tips:
1. I use the ready-made spicy hot pot seasoning. You can also add chili powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, etc. according to your own taste.
2. Be careful not to dry the non-stick wok, please use a wooden spatula or a silicone spatula.
3. The small potatoes can be steamed first and then peeled, or peeled and then steamed, or the large potatoes can be peeled and sliced into a hob, steamed and fry a little bit fragrant.
