Golden Needle Sour Soup Beef

Remove the old roots of enoki mushroom, wash and drain, set aside, pickled pepper, yellow pepper, millet pepper, mince ginger and garlic, mince green onion and set aside

Heat the pan with oil. After the oil is hot, add minced ginger garlic, pickled peppers, millet peppers and yellow peppers and sauté until fragrant

Add a large bowl of water. After the fire is boiled, add a little pickled pepper water and salt to taste, sprinkle with pepper and cook for about 10 minutes

Boil enoki mushrooms until soft, remove and put into the bottom
