Gorgon, Fern, Red Beans and Barley Porridge

Soak the fern, ginseng, red beans, and coix seed in warm water for about 4 hours in advance

Bring the water to a boil, add the gorgon first, 20 minutes later, add the coix seed, add the red beans and fern hemp after another 20 minutes, and boil for 1 hour and 20 minutes on low heat.

After turning off the heat, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes before eating.
Tips:
I don't like to use a pressure cooker. In fact, I can use a pressure cooker to save time. Gorgon, barley, and red beans are not easy to cook, so you need to soak in warm water in advance.
