Gourd Glutinous Rice-q Bomb and Bright Sweets

Ingredients: 180 grams of glutinous rice flour, 35 grams of orange powder, 10 grams of minced coconut, 80 grams of cooked bean paste, 2 grams of matcha powder, sugar, (water) appropriate (I didn't use sugar if bean paste is sweet).

Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.

The two kinds of noodles are combined into smooth pumpkin glutinous rice noodles and matcha noodles.

Pumpkin dough is made into small doses of the same size, red bean paste is made into balls smaller than pumpkin balls, and matcha dough is made into peanuts larger.

The pumpkin balls are pressed into round cakes and filled with red bean paste.

The neck is rolled into a smooth ball and placed on the board.

Use a comb (I use it for the kitchen, no toothpicks are available) to press out the pumpkin pattern.

Then use matcha dough to make a melon.

Gourd and glutinous rice is ready for germination.

Spread a thin layer of oil on the corn husks (or directly on the steamer), and put the glutinous rice to cover the embryo.
