Grapefruit Milk Pudding

Prepare the ingredients.

Add grapefruit and sugar, mix well and set aside.

The gelatin powder is mixed with water and stirred evenly and melted in water for later use.

Add fresh milk and sugar to boil on and off.
5.
Pour half of the melted gelatin powder into the fresh milk and stir evenly.
6.
Boil the water and sugar, pour in the remaining gelatin water and stir well.
7.
In half of the mold, add crushed grapefruit or milk and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
8.
After solidification, take it out and add it until it is full, and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.
Tips:
Gelatine powder must be melted in water before use.
