Grapefruit Milk Pudding
1.
Weigh the ingredients, put one 5g and one 6g gelatin powder into a bowl of warm water to dissolve
2.
Break the grapefruit into small pieces and mix with 5 grams of sugar
3.
Add 10 grams of fresh milk and sugar and boil condensed milk, switch on fire
4.
Add 5 grams of melted gelatin powder and stir until melted and set aside
5.
Add 150 grams of water, add the remaining sugar, and cook until boiling and turn off the heat. Add 6 grams of melted gelatin powder and stir until melted.
6.
Add appropriate amount of crushed grapefruit or milk to the pudding cup, or add it according to your preference
7.
Pour syrup in the crushed grapefruit (the liquid level is equal to the crushed grapefruit), and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator to make it solidify (this is faster than putting it in the refrigerator)
8.
Wait until it solidifies and take it out, add another layer until it is full, and put it in the freezer until it solidifies. (Don’t forget to take it out)
Tips:
1. Gelatine powder must be melted first, otherwise it will become agglomerate in hot liquid.
2. The amount of sugar can be added according to your preference.
