Greek Lemon Chicken & Potato

Wash the roots of chicken wings.

Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, and pour into the roots of the chicken wings.

Add all the ingredients in the ingredients.

Put it into the oven, bake at 220 degrees for 45 minutes, and it will turn golden brown.

Tips:
1. Lemon juice must be freshly squeezed, about 2-3 pieces.
2. The mashed garlic adds a lot of flavor and color to the whole dish, so don't let it go because you don't like it!
3. You can choose not to put the marinated soup in the baking tray, remember to apply some oil. I chose to put it in because the potatoes have two textures, soft and crispy.
