Green Mushroom Garden Medium Plate

Prepare shiitake mushrooms (this is part of it)

Use a knife to cut the five-pointed star on the back of the shiitake mushrooms

Prepare 400g Shanghai Green, soak in water for a few minutes

Wash clean sea green

Boil the water in the pot and put the Shanghai greens in a boil for 1 minute

Put the shiitake mushrooms in the pot and blanch for 2 minutes

Soak the hot Shanghai greens in cold water for 2 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add cooking oil, stir-fry half of the garlic, add the hot and drained Shanghai greens and stir-fry for 2 minutes, add 2/3 chicken powder, soy sauce, and edible salt

Put the fried Shanghai greens out of the pan and put them on the plate

Heat up the oil pan, add cooking oil, stir half of the garlic, stir fry for 1 minute, add blanched shiitake mushrooms, add 1/3 of the soy sauce, edible salt, and chicken powder

Sprinkle the chives

Pour the fried shiitake mushrooms into the center of the Shanghai greens
Tips:
Shanghai greens should not be too big, too small, about the same size. Shanghai greens and shiitake mushrooms should not be hot
