Green Pepper and Potato Shreds

Peel and shred the potato shreds, soak them in clean water, and add appropriate vinegar to the water to ensure that the potato shreds will not fade;

Remove the seeds of the green pepper and cut into shreds, then cut the onion, ginger, and garlic into slices for later use;

Heat the oil pan, then add the oil, put the chopped green onion and ginger into the pot, smell the scent of the chopped green onion, then add the green pepper shreds and stir fry. One minute later, the green peppers will come out.
