Potatoes are my favorite ingredient. I usually eat them with chili, but I have rarely cooked them in other ways. Today I will try the hot and sour recipe.

Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

1. Chopped green onion, garlic and dried chili shreds and set aside

2. Peel and shred potatoes, strain with water

3. Drain and set aside

4. Heat oil, add minced garlic and dried chili shreds

5. Pour shredded potatoes and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, add salt and vinegar and continue to fry for 1 minute

6. Pick up the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion
