Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Cut into shreds, wash the starch, add a spoonful of salt, and two drops of white vinegar to soak for 5 minutes. It will be more crispy when frying.

Chili, dried chili, cut well and set aside.

Tips:
Don't stir-fry the potato shreds for too long. They are not cut by hand, so they are not cut one by one. Hand cut will look better.
