Green Pepper Chicken

1. Ingredients: Wash the chicken and chop into large pieces, millet pepper, garlic, green onion, steamed fish soy sauce, spicy fresh dew, vine pepper oil, and red oil.

2. Put the chicken pieces into a pot of warm water.

3. Put the cooking wine, shallots, and ginger slices on the high heat and turn to medium heat.

4. Cook the chicken.

5. Remove the moisture control.
