The oily residue from the fried lard at home is used for frying, it is super delicious! But it's not suitable for eating too much! "

Green Pepper Stir-fried Dregs

1. Prepare the refined oil residue in advance. I have fried it a little bit, but it still doesn’t affect the taste. If it is too yellow or black, don’t eat it.

2. Cut the green pepper and garlic and set aside

3. First use a hot pot to stir the green chilies and garlic and put them in a bowl for later use

4. Then add the oil to fry the oil residue and boil it in water. If the oil residue is skinned, add more water to boil it to soften it, otherwise it won't bite!

5. Add some salt after cooking the oily residue

6. Then pour in the green peppers that have been dry-fried beforehand, and stir-fry with the minced garlic

7. Finally put some old godmother out of the pot

Tips:

I sautéed the chili in advance to keep it spicy and not increase the moisture of the oil residue
