Tips:

1 Put the noodles next to the heater in winter, and it will ferment faster in about two hours. The speed of fermentation depends on the temperature of the house.
2 When scrambled eggs, some water is added to the eggs for tenderness. In fact, don't add water to the eggs to wash away the flavor of the eggs.
3. The vegetable stuffing is usually salted last, otherwise the moisture in the vegetables will be marinated and it will be difficult to pack.
