6.
Put the gelatin paste into the butter in the saucepan, stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, and let stand for 10 minutes.
7.
Sift the cream liquid, add milk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
8.
Pour the prepared cream liquid into a glass or other container.
9.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until frozen. Just decorate with strawberries.
Tips:
1. The green tea paste is made so that the green tea powder can better dissolve in the cream. The same is true for gelatin powder first dissolved in a small amount of cream.
2. Vanilla extract can enhance the flavor of panna cotta. If not, you can ignore it.
3. Sieving the cream liquid can ensure that the custard made afterwards is smooth and has no particles, and the taste is more delicate.
4. After pouring into the container, you can vigorously shake off the big bubbles. Small bubbles can be broken one by one with a toothpick. The surface of the custard will be very smooth.
5. After the panna cotta is completely frozen, you can decorate it at will. Add sliced strawberries, or sprinkle a layer of green tea powder, etc., let’s get creative~
