The diversity of pasta can be fully reflected in our country. There are many varieties and varieties, and the same pasta can be eaten! Even the specialty noodles are different from place to place. I made a lotus leaf cake today. Although it is called a cake, it is similar to the steamed buns, but with more plastic surgery, it presents a completely different feeling. In our case, the lotus leaf cake is a more common staple food in hotels, with plum dishes inside. , Pickles and the like, and a piece of pork belly is perfect!

Ingredients

Lotus Leaf Cake

1. Prepare the ingredients, add a tablespoon of green tea powder to the flour, and the yeast melts in the water

2. Then pour the yeast water into the flour

3. Use chopsticks to stir into flocculent

4. Then knead it with hands to form a smooth dough, then leave it in a warm place to ferment

5. After fermenting to about 2 times the size, take it out and knead it well, expel the air, and then evenly cut into equal portions

6. Then knead each portion into a ball and relax for another 10 minutes

7. Take a small round ball, roll it into an oval shape, and brush a thin layer of oil on the surface

8. Then fold it in half

9. Use a clean comb to stamp on it

10. Pinch in the middle! Do it all well!

11. Finally, put it on the steamer, put warm water in the pot, and ferment for about 15 minutes. Then turn on medium heat and start steaming for 15 minutes!

Tips:

1. Add the water to the dough appropriately, because the dry humidity of the flour is not the same, just put it in the same water as usual for making steamed buns!
2. After steaming, turn off the heat for 3~5 minutes before removing the lid!
