All raw materials are ready and weighed.

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it in a basin. Add 30 grams of powdered sugar and beat it smoothly, then add 80 grams of condensed milk in portions and beat well, then add 2 egg yolks and beat well.

Sift in 250 grams of low-grade powder and mix it with a spatula until there is no dry powder.

Put it in the refrigerator for one hour and take it out, then use a rolling pin to roll into a dough sheet about 3mm thick. Use a cutting die to cut out the shape.

Place the printing mold on the dough, dip it with cocoa powder, matcha powder, and strawberry powder with an oil paintbrush, and gently brush it into the gaps of the printing mold according to the color of the printing mold.

Don't dip too much powder, you can tap off a little after sticking powder. After brushing the powder, gently remove the printing mold and move it to a non-stick bakeware.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, middle level, up and down, about 20 minutes.
