Green Vegetable Balls

Prepare the ingredients you need

Beat the pork into puree, as fine as possible

Tips:
The amount of minced meat and cornstarch should be controlled properly, too little will make the balls thin and not well shaped, they will fall apart when they are cooked, and too dry will not taste good;
The minced meat should be stirred in one direction to make the finished product softer;
When squeezing the meatballs into the pot, don't turn on high heat, just cook them all off.
