Griddle Cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower and cut it along the lines, and drain the water.

Dice the garlic, and cut the dried chili into sections.

Cut the streaky into thin slices.

Heat the wok and add oil, add pork belly and sauté slowly over medium heat until the meat comes out of the lard and the aroma overflows.
5.
Add garlic granules.

Pour in the cauliflower and dried chili.

Add salt, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir fry until the cauliflower softens. You can stir-fry for a while to make it more delicious. Take it out of the pan! Super dish for dinner.
