Griddle Cauliflower

Wash the bacon with warm water and steam for about 20 minutes until the fat is transparent.

Take out the bacon and cut into evenly thick slices.

Wash the red pepper and cut diagonally into slices and slice the garlic; break the cauliflower into small stalks, soak in light salt water for 5 minutes and drain.

Tips:
1. Generally, bacon is cured and air-dried. It has less water and is dry and hard. It is recommended to soak the bacon in warm water and steam it before it is easy to cut into thin slices.
2. After cooking the bacon, pour out the remaining oil in the pot, then add cauliflower and stir fry, so as not to become too greasy.
3. Cauliflower is low in calories and rich in dietary fiber. It has anti-cancer effects and helps to relieve edema and improve constipation.
4. The loose cauliflower is more tender than the cabbage flower, and the cooking time is shorter. It will be cooked in about 3-4 minutes after frying on high heat.
