This dry pot cauliflower is a very popular dish in our family. The recipe is basically the same, but the seasoning is slightly changed, and it is delicious no matter how it is made. Whenever I don’t know what to make, as long as I see loose cauliflower for sale, I will buy it. This loose cauliflower is more delicious than the firm white cauliflower. It is now my specialty. "

Griddle Cauliflower

1. Soak the loose cauliflower in light salt water and wash. (There may be small bugs in it, so wash it carefully.)

2. Cut ginger, garlic, and shallots, wash and chop tempeh.

3. Heat the pot, pour in vegetable oil, and sauté pork belly over medium to small heat until it becomes brown.

4. Push the sauteed pork belly to the side of the pan, and sauté the ingredients of step 2 with low heat.

5. Pour in cauliflower, stir fry over high heat, and add red pepper.

6. Continue to stir fry, drizzle in light soy sauce, add a little sugar and salt, add a small amount of boiling water or stock along the edge of the pan, stir fry, add a little oyster sauce before starting the pan, and fry for a while if you like soft or rotten ones.
