Griddle Cauliflower

Ingredients: Cauliflower, a little pork belly, a little chili sauce, a little garlic clove, a little parsley, a little chili, a little seasoning: a little light soy sauce, a little sugar chicken essence, a little balsamic vinegar. Wash and drain several times for later use.

Peel the pork belly, then cut into small balls, mince the garlic slightly.

Tips:
The chili sauce itself is salty, so light soy sauce should not be too much.
