Cut the crispy tofu from the middle and cut into 1 cm wide strips;

Slice the pork belly, pat the garlic to loosen, cut the green garlic and the spicy millet into small sections;
3.
Pour oil in the pot, add pork belly, seasoning, crispy tofu and water;
4.
Put the lid on the pot and start the [dry pot] function;
5.
After the cooking is over, mix the ingredients in the pot evenly.
Tips:
1. Green garlic can be added and mixed well when it is out of the pot to keep it crisp;
2. The hot sauce is better with Lao Gan Ma or Gan Guo Sauce.
