This dish is my favorite [dry pot vermicelli]. The main ingredients are vermicelli, but in order to make the vermicelli more delicious, I put some shiitake mushrooms to cook together, and add oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, fresh chicken sauce and other seasonings. This dish is very delicious and fragrant. It is so delicious that it can't stop after a bite. My family eats it directly!
I made this dish in a Taji pot. I don’t need much oil or water. The time is very short. It can be done in less than 5 minutes. If you don’t have a Taji pot in your house, you can also use a wok, but you need to add more water and collect the juice at the end.
